1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange is accepted only in the following cases:

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product received is different from the order placed.

To be eligible for exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

It must be returned with original packaging.

Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer, unless the error is from our side.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We currently do not offer returns or refunds for delivered orders that match the description and images on our website.

Refunds are only issued if:

The product is defective and cannot be replaced.

The requested item is out of stock for exchange.

3. Order Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the order upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

4. Important Notes

Slight variations in color or size perception due to photography or screen differences are not considered defects.
