At SAFAIA SILVER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Return

- Our team will provide you with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at safaia.silver@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
